Magical Monday – Distance healing on integrity – the harmony between intention, word and action. 

Integrity is your anchor to self. Just say yes to receive the energy of the beliefs below. This card and the energy this week supports and brings you the empowerment of integrity.

Whether you’re aware of it or not we all have and still are being ‘upgraded’ and if you choose to, you  are ever more open to your intuitive gifts and true self; you have access to more knowing, more knowledge and awareness – and with that comes more freedom and also more choice.  This can take a little adjustment and it is acting with integrity which helps you to make decisions that feel ‘right’ for you, more sure you are acting from the heart and not the complicated patterns of the mind.

Able to say no with kindness but without guilt or shame because you are not willing to compromise who you are to make another feel more comfortable. Feelings of anxiety and worry or even anger can arise when you are making, or being pushed to make choices, that are out of alignment with who you are – and your integrity.

Just say yes to the following beliefs and allow the energy to flow through you:

• I have the highest truth and understanding of Integrity
• I understand what it feels like to live my life with integrity
• I enjoy practising living in integrity with my truth
• I allow myself to make choices that are for my highest and best good
• I forgive myself for any choice I have made that was not in integrity with my truth
• I know what it feels like to say no with kindness and compassion to anything or anyone that is not in integrity with my truth
• I know what it feels like to and respect myself and never compromise myself
• I know what it feels like to honour myself and my word
• I enjoy the self-respect and self-possession my integrity awakens within me
• I know what it feels like to magnetise my rightful divine inheritance now that is in integrity with my self.

That I know how to, I allow myself to, I deserve to, I am safe doing so and I live my daily life with this, with grace and ease now for my highest and best good.

And so it is.
